The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is a member of the multidisciplinary team, who is directly involved in providing quality care for patients. The BHT is responsible for facilitating meetings and providing structure, guidance and support for patients during daily and weekend activities. The position is physically demanding and requires extensive amounts of walking and standing. BHT's must be able to remain on their feet throughout the shift.
We are currently seeking Medical Records Assistants to work in the Medical Records Department at our Boynton Beach, Florida facility. The Medical Records Assistant is responsible for maintaining, organizing and auditing the patient medical records.
The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for coordinating and providing case management, group therapy and biopsychosocial assessment services to patients as well as group, individual and family counseling for patients within the facility. He/she demonstrates expertise in case management, development of patient resources, vocational counseling, discharge/continuing care planning, and placement of patients. He/she works with the treatment team to plan and coordinate the patient's movement through the continuum of care.
The Watershed Addiction Treatment Center is currently seeking to fill the position for Professional Relations Representative who will primarily develop relationships with addiction professionals and related businesses through outbound phone calls and emailing. The Professional Relations Representative will regularly speak over the phone with these professionals to provide awareness of the programs and services offered at The Watershed while promoting The Watershed’s reputation as a leader in the addiction treatment field.
We currently have two Professional Relations Representative positions open, each with different avenues of establishing relationships with addiction professionals:
Position 1: Contact potential business relations over the phone by making regular high volume (minimum of 75) telephone “cold calls” each day that yield relationships with addiction professionals. Requires at least two years experience with outbound telemarketing, phone canvassing, sales and marketing experience. The candidate for this position must be comfortable speaking over the phone and feel confident about making regular high volume "cold calls"
Position 2: Make contact with businesses via 4-6 in person (face-to-face) interactions per day, as well as contact over the phone. Requires experience with outside sales and marketing, reliable transportation within 50 mile radius, and ability to travel (including overnight during weekdays).

The primary responsibility for the full-time Web Developer position is to provide programming and functionality for a variety of websites owned and operated by The Watershed Addiction Treatment Programs, Inc.
